Bookings of 6.5 hours plus will be charged at the daily rate as we cannot fill the remaining hours. We do not open on Bank holidays, Christmas day, Boxing Day or New Years day.
Baby-sitting and Half-term service One of our qualified and experienced team members will care for your child at your home. Fees are paid upon booking before care is provided. Bank holidays (inc. Christmas eve, New Years eve): £20 per hour. There is an additional £5 fee for each sibling per hour.
School run: Eco friendly Walking Bus to Burnt Ash Primary School and Little Ashes Nursery.
Cancellation	5 days cooling off period for full-time and part-time day care regardless of commitment period. During this time no notice period or notice payment will be required if either party wishes to end the agreement but all other area of the contract are still applicable and you will forfeit your deposit as we have held the space for a duration of time. Termination fee: You are required to complete the commitment term you have agreed to and signed for. If you do not terminate your agreement with-in the agreed commitment time, you may be required to: a) pay up to the end of the commitment date or risk losing your deposit b) pay any outstanding actual monthly fees accrued; actual monthly fees may differ from average monthly fees. c) repay any discounts applied as part of a promotion or a gesture d) repay the temporary childcare fee, that would have been the initial cost at the start of a temporary agreement End of commitment: Required to give 30 days’ notice in writing, 30days prior to the commitment end date a) Notice given part-way through the month will not be action until the 30th/31st of the month; 1 full months’ payment from notice period is required. Unpaid absences or holidays will not be accepted as part of the notice period. b) If you do not give 30 days’ written notice, we will assume that you are happy to use LittleLites for a further 12 months. LittleLites reserve the right to give one calendar month's notice in writing to any parents or not to renew the existing contract where we would like to terminate the childcare arrangement. We reserve the right to cancel with immediate effect to recuperate/ restrict any financial loss.
Discounts and promotions	£5 off the Full day fees when registering for 1 year Recommending family and friends: up to 5 hours free care Sibling discount: a further 2.5% off will be given to the sibling enrolling to the Setting Note: Offers cannot be used along side government funding. Sibling discount discontinue once a sibling leaves the setting or other sibling receives government funding. All offers are subjected to terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time. Free care: can only be used during school holidays (Between, Mondays to Wednesday, 08:00-18:00).
Deposit and Retainer	Once a space is offered, we require a deposit of 4 weeks childcare fees within 7 days, spaces are not guarantee unless deposit is paid in full. Deposit paid to secure a space will not be refunded if the space is not taken up with-in 7 days of the start date or due to change of mind. All deposits will be deducted from the final month’s fee Deposit will only be retained to cover anyoutstanding fees (early termination of contract etc.) £50 Admin fee will be deducted from your deposit if you chose to end the agreement before the agreed end date We do not charge an additional fee for the team's holidays or a retainer for term-time only childcare. Please note: Due to limited spaces, priority is given to children booking 30+ hours each week. Before/ afterschool care: Minimum of 4 hours. Discount and promotions not available. Standard deposit required.

Fees	All fees must be paid into LittleLites account by 12:00 on the 1st of each month; You risk losing your space if fees are not paid in full Full Fees are payable even if your child is not attending due to sickness or absence. Please refer to the sickness policy If your child starts mid month, you will be charged for the remaining days of that month to bring your child’s fee in line with 1st of every month Out of hours care rate is applicable for care that is required before or/and after the listed session times. Time cannot be carried forward. Government Funded Hours: You may be required to pay a contribution each month towards consumables (i.e. outings, all food, drinks, baby wipes, creams, additional care etc). Your child’s days and session times is for term- time use only We operate 39 weeks of each year We follow the National dates. Bank holidays* makes up part of the monthly fees, however, we do not normally work on these days. We do not offer days in lieu or swap days as it may impact on our daily numbers. Government funded hours do not cover Bank holidays. Fees do not include formula milk or nappies
Payment methods	Standing Order, Childcare vouchers, Government Funded hours and The Government scheme All parents are encouraged to set up a Standing Order to pay monthly fees; this should avoid any unnecessary late fee charges. Cheques and card payments are not accepted at present
Penalties	£25.00 charge per day for failure to pay fees by 12:00 on or before the 1st of each month £1 per minute charge if you are late collecting your child or early dropping your child off Children must arrive no earlier than the time booked and leave no later
Refunds	Refunds will not be given in the event of closure due to ‘Acts of God’, exceptional circumstances, any factors beyond our control. Our contract will not be voided by riots, civil unrest or commotions, wars, pandemic, social ‘lockdowns’ or strike action. In these circumstances, as self employed individuals (we may not be entitled to government support); we reserve the right to charge a retainer, in the form of a reduced amount of 50% the normal monthly fee for the duration of closure. If you choose to cancel the agreement, our cancellation policies will still apply (LittleLites Terms and conditions, 1.1 and 1.5). During a period of inclement weather, we reserve the right to use a late start time of 9:00am or to cancel the entire day. We understand you need to be at work, but we need to take into consideration everyone’s safety.
